Visiting the Kohala forest reserve, Big Island (Hawaii) for the first time

Today, I arrived at Kohala forest reserve. For ages I have planned for this interesting trip to discover the beauty of the most well-known lookout spots - Pololu Valley.

The Pololu stream was surrounded by old-growth forests and stunning golden sand, which coloured the stream to be a colourful silk. I have travelled to several places but never had strong emotions like this time when I was in front of the magnificent beauty of the forest reserve. Maybe that’s why I think Kohala makes me have remarkable memories!
